Windows Vista Window Effect

Nowadays, the number of users of Windows Vista is increasing, and they are getting used to the new Windows design, named “Aero”. What we will do in this tutorial is to create the windows of the said operative system, including its transparent effect.
Open the image of a default Vista wallpaper. If you don’t have one, you can download it from Google.
Create a ((new layer)).
Select ((Rounded Rectangle Tool)) and, from the options bar, enter 5px of curvature radius. Draw the window and fill it in with black.
Change the layer style to ((Lighten)).
Now right click the layer and choose ((Blending Options)). Apply the following styles.
In ((Bevel and Emboss)), also select ((Contour)).
After applying those ((Layer Styles)), click Ok. Take a look at the following image to see the partial results.
Create a ((new layer)), select ((Rounded Rectangle Tool)), and draw a rectangle. This time use a radius of 4px, and fill it in with black.
Double click the layer to go to ((Blending Options)).
Press Ok. Our Windows Vista window is already designed.
