Luxurious Shine Effect

Here we will see how light reflects in a shinny effect. This effect need a little bit of ((Lens Flare)). I hope you like it!.
Create a new document (500×500px and black background).
Create a ((new layer)).
Select ((Line Tool)), width 2px and trace a white line as shown in the image below.
Now apply ((Filter))-((Blur))-((Motion Blur)). Enter the values shown below.
Duplicate the layer with the line (Ctrl + J).
Use ((Free Transform)) (Ctrl + T) to rotate it 90º.
Press Ctrl + E on teh superior layer in order to unify the layers.
Duplicate the layer (Ctrl + J).Press Ctrl + T and rotate the duplicated layer 45º.
Create ((nueva capa)).
Select ((Elliptical Marquee Tool)) place the cursor on the center of the shine, press Alt + Shift, and draw a circle as shown in the image below.
Go to((Edit))-((Stroke)). Choose witdth 2px and white color.
Apply ((Filter))-((Blur))-((Gaussean Blur)).
Done! The only thing left is to apply it to your favorite image.
