Wearing Away a Tyre

This is another tutorial for those who love cars. We will create a cool effect… we will wear away tyres!
Open the car image.
Select ((Elliptical Marquee Tool)) and trace a circle. Make sure you press and hold Alt + Shift so that it grows proportionally from the center.
Now go to ((Filter))-((Blur))-((Radial Blur)). Enter the following values.
Create a ((New Layer)).
Choose #9f9f9f as the main color and white as the secondary.
Now apply ((Filter))-((Render))-((Clouds)).
Change the layer style to ((Pin Light)).
Select ((Erase Tool)), ((Hardness)): 10%, and erase the exceeding parts. Take a look at the image below.
Double-click the layer to go to ((Blending Options)).
((Bevel and Emboss)).
((Contour)).
((Gradient Overlay)).
Once you accept the changes, our final result will be the following.
