This tutorial will help you create a water drop, which we will be able to use for different projects.
Open a new document (300×300px and white background).
Create a ((new layer)).
Select ((Shape Tool)). From the options, choose the ((shape)) named ((Raindrop)). Select #0098d1as front color and proceed to draw the water drop.
Create a ((capa nueva)), draw another ((raindrop)) but, this time, smaller and white, as shown in the image below.
Duplicate the white drop layer (Ctrl + J) and merge invisible the other one. Take a look at the image below.
On the superior layer, trace a circle in the left area of the drop, with ((Elliptical Marquee Tool)), Then press ((Delete)). You will see the step in the following image.
Reduce the ((opacity)) to 60%.
Merge the white drop layer visible again. Draw a selection as the one that appear below, similar to the one we just made, and press ((Delete)).
Reduce the ((opacity)) to 30%.
Double click the layer with the light blue drop in order to open the ((Blending Options)) window and apply the following ((Layer Styles)).
((Drop Shadow)).
((Inner Shadow)). Choose blue.
((Stroke)).
The tutorial is done.
You can add a background to it. You can create two rectangular selections and applying a gradient from blue to white in different directions.
