Vespa Motorcycle Wallpaper

I want to honor one of the world’s best known motorcycles, the loved Vespa. Born in the 70s, the Vespa’s popularity still remains. In this tutorial, we will create a wallpaper dedicated to this Italian motorcycle.
Open a new document 1024×768.
Fill it in with color #6cbdab.
Select ((Dodge Tool)), 740px, Midtones, Exposure: 100%. Click with the brush as many times a necessary until you get the center to be clear, as shown in the following image.
Now with ((Burn Tool)), 370px, Highlights, Exposure: 70%, paint the edges and corners of the document to darken them.
Before going on, download this BRUSH of dirty textures and install it.
Choose black as the foreground color.
Create a ((New Layer)).
Apply one of the dirty textures to the document.
Create a ((New Layer)).
Select ((Rectangular Marquee Tool)) and draw 2 vertical rectangles. Use color #6b6b6b for the first rectangle, and color #e0dedf for the second one.
Duplicate the layer (Ctrl + J) until you complete the whole document.
Now select only the rectangle layers and press Ctrl + E to unify them.
Observe the following image.
Go to the unified image and go to ((Filter))-((Distort))-((Polar Coordinates)): Rectangular To Polar.
Modify the layer style to ((Overlay)) and reduce the ((Opacity)) to 55%.
Open the image of the Vespa. Download it from HERE.
Press Ctrl + A to select it all.
Then Ctrl + C to copy it.
Go to the document and press Ctrl + V to paste it.
Place it in the center of the document.
Create a ((New Layer)).
With ((Elliptical Marquee Tool)), trace an oval as the one that appears below.
Then go to ((Select))-((Modify))-((Feather)): 150px.
Invert the selection. ((Select))-((Invert)).
Fill it in with black.
If it looks too dark, reduce the opacity.
