Text with a Pixelated Background

A simple and fantastic tutorial that will show us how to create a text using the “28 days later” font with a pixelated background.
Open a new document (800×500px).
Fill it in with color #10237c.
Write the text using the “28 days later” font. You can download it here
Duplicate the text layer and rasterize it: Right click the name of the layer and choose ((Rasterize Type)).
Place is below the original one.
On the rasterized layer, go to ((Filter))-((Blur))-((Gaussean Blur)). Take a look at the values below.
Let’s go to ((Filter))-((Pixelate))-((Mosaic)).
Select ((Blending Options)) by right clicking the original layer, select ((Drop Shadow)).
Finally apply ((Filter))-((Sharpen))-((Sharpen)).
Press Ctrl + F 4 or 5 in order to repeat the last filter.
