Let’s learn to illuminate a ohotograph with a spotlight. It’s very simple, you just need to use some ((Lighting Effects)).
Open the image.
Duplicate the layer (Ctrl + J).
From now on, we will work on the duplicated layer.
Go to the menu ((Filter))-((Render))-((Lighting Effects)). Enlarge the image below and check out the values I used. As you can see, I pointed the light right to the face.
This is how it will look.
Reduce the ((opacity)) to 75%.
Our spotlight is done. See how easy it was?
