This tutorial will be really good for those who are still learning and want to get into the wonderful Photoshop world. You will further learn to use ((Layer Styles)).
Open a new document (400×300px and transparent background).
Fill in the background with #0552aa.
Now apply ((Filter))-((Render))-((Lighting Effects)) using the values that appear below.
Create a ((New Layer)).
Choose color #ff0000 as primary color.
Select ((Shape Tool)) and, from the options bar (above the document) choose this Shape. Apply it into the document.
Double click the layer in order to go to ((Blending Options)).
((Drop Shadow)).
((Gradient Overlay)). I used these colors: #e4e7e9 / #008fc7 / # 4e7e9
After you apply these ((Layer Styles)) you will have these results.
