Shinny Stars Effect in a Guitar

Today we will create a shinny stars effect in a guitar. I don’t really know how to explain it, just observe the final result. You will need to download a brush with stars in order to create the effect.
Open the image. For better results, it is better that the image has black and white tones.
Before going on, download this BRUSH and install it.
Create a ((New Layer)) and apply the different brushes you just installed.
Ctrl + Click the layer with the stars in order to activate the selection.
Select a common rounded brush and color #ffe1b8.
Create a ((New Layer)).
Paint with different colors, as shown in the image below.
Then apply ((Filter))-((Blur))-((Gaussean Blur)).
And now ((Filter))-((Noise))-((Add Noise)).
Change the layer style to ((Color Burn)) and…done!
