Tutorial in Basics, Drawing, Web
These are great buttons for you to use in a website. They are made of ((Layer Styles)) and ((Shapes)).
Open a new document (250×400px and white background).
Create a ((New Layer)).
Choose black as the primary color.
Select ((Rectangle Rounded Tool)), ((Radius)): 8px and draw the button.
Double click the image to go to ((Blending Options)).
((Drop Shadow)).
((Gradient Overlay)). Choose these colors: #dcdcdc and #f6f6f6.
((Stroke)).
After you save the changes you will see this.
Create a ((New Layer)).
With ((Rounded Rectangle Tool)), ((Radius)): 8px and draw a small square, which will be the icon of the button.
Double-click the layer to go to ((Blending Options)).
((Drop Shadow)).
((Gradient Overlay)). Use the following colors: #d39100 and #f1ab00.
The icon will look like this.
With ((Shape Tool)), apply the name that will identify the button. This will be the “Contact Us”, so choose a letter shape from the ((Shape Tool)). Before drawing it, choose white from the color palette.
As you will see, I already named the button (I used Tahoma font), added the Shape, and another button.
