Pixelated Circles Effect

We will turn a simple image of a flower into a Pop Art piece. We will use the filter ((Mosaic)) and create a Pattern. The tutorial is that simple, but we will get a great result!
Open the image.
Now apply ((Filter))-((Artistic))-((Mosaic)).
Then open a new document, 10×10px, and white background.
Zoom in on the image to the maximun so that you can work better.
With ((Elliptical Marquee Tool)), I draw a circular selection as the one you can see below.
With the selection active, go to ((Edit))-((Cut)).
Save the Pattern. ((Edit))-((Define Pattern)).
Go back to the image document.
Create a ((New Layer)).
Fill it in with white.
Reduce the ((Fill)) to 0%.
Double click the layer to go to ((Blending Options)).
((Pattern Overlay)). Select the patern you previously saved.
This is the final result. Try with high resolution images for a better result.
