Photograph with Blurry Frame

This is an interesting blurry frame. It is mostly recommended for b&w photographs. It will be done in less than 5 minutes.
We will use this image.
Create a ((new layer)) and fill it in with black.
With ((Rectangular Marquee Tool)), draw a selection like the one that appears below.
Go to ((Select))-((Modify))-((Feather)). ((Radius)): 130.
Standing in the black layer, press ((Delete)).
Done! Quick, easy, and with a great result.
