Painting a Car with Fleck Style

We will paint a Cadillac with a realistic Fleck style. It’s about a shinny paint that will make your car look great!
Open the Cadillac image.
Select ((Pen Tool)) and trace on the areas of the vehicle where you want to apply the effect.
Press Ctrl + Enter to activate the selection and then Ctrl + C to ((copy)).
Now press Ctrl + V to ((paste)) the selection into a new layer.
Go to ((Filter))-((Noise))-((Add Noise)).
Let’s colos the car. Press Ctrl + U to open the ((Hue/Saturation)) window. Enter the following values.
Now with ((Polygonal Lazo Tool)) eliminate the parts of the car you don’t want to apply the effect to. Once you have selected the windows, press delete.
The only thing left is to change the layer style to ((Hard Light))…and done! This is the great result you will get, isn’t it great?
