Oceanic Eddy Effect

Simple and effective oceanic eddy effect. We will use filter like ((Lens Flare)), ((Twirl)), ((Bass Relief)),((Ocean Ripple)); and we will adjust ((Hue/Saturation)).
Open a new document, 800×800px, black background.
Now go to ((Filter))-((Render))-((Lens Flare)). Values: Brightness: 100%, Lens Type: 35mm Prime. Place the cross in the center of the document.
With ((Elliptical Marquee Tool)) and Alt + Shift pressed, draw a selection in the center of the document. Take a look ate the following image.
With the selection active, go to menu ((Filter))-((Distort))-((Twirl)) (Angle: 999º)
Create another circular selection as shown in the following image.
Apply ((Filter))-((Distort))-((Twirl)) (Angle: 999º).
Then go to ((Filter))-((Sketch))-((Bas Relief)).
Finally ((Filter))-((Distort))-((Ocean Ripple)).
You just need to color the eddy. Press Ctrl + U to go to ((Blending Options)). Select “Colorize” and enter the following values.
