Metal Texture

This tutorial will show you how to create a metallic texture, which is the same, or similar, to the one that is used by Apple.
Open a new document (500×500px and white background).
Select ((Gradient Tool)), ((Lineal gradent)) with the ((Chopper)) style. Trace the gradient diagonally.
Now apply ((Filter))-((Noise))-((Add Noise)).
Then ((Filter))-((Blur))-((Motion Blur)).
Let’s make the texture look more realistic by coloring it.
Press Ctrl + U and enter the values that appear in the image below.
We are done with the texture. It’s a Mac style, doesn’t it?
