Jacuzzi Effect

In this tutorial you will learn to create a very simple effect: a jacuzzi. You will apply filters such as ((Clouds)), ((Ocean Ripple)), ((Twirl)) y ((Lighting Effects)).
Open a new document 600×600px (and transparent background).
Choose as front color #385a77 and as background color #ffffff.
Now go to ((Filter))-((Render))-((Clouds)).
Then apply ((Filter))-((Distort))-((Ocean Ripple)) and enter the following values.
Let’s create the “jacuzzi” effect, go to ((Filter))-((Distort))-((Twirl)).
Finally, go to ((Filter))-((Render))-((Lighting Effects)). The color I used with the filter was #95dida.
Final result.
