How to Create a Pattern
Tutorial in Basics, Designing, Drawing
You will learn to create a pattern that you will then be able to apply in future documents and give an extra spice to your creations. A pattern is a draw; there are thousands of them and you can even create them yourselves.
This is just a sample tutorial, so choose the the size you want tin order to create the pattern. Ej:10×10 5×5 7×9 25×20 30×40 100×100, etc etc.
Open a new document (100×101px and transparent background).
I created this Pattern with a little bit of imagination.
Once you created it, go to ((Edit))-((Define Pattern)).
Name the new Pattern, accept, and…done!
Close the document.
Open another document (500×500px and transparent background).
Select ((Paint Bucket Tool)) and, in the left top side of the options bar, choose “Pattern”.
Click the small layer to the side, in order to see the Patterns from the drop down list. To the bottom, you will find yours. Select it.
With ((Paint Bucket Tool)) still selected, click anywhere in the document. Voialaaa!
