Funny 3D ((Pattern))

Let’s create a funny 3D ((Pattern)). We will use ((Brush Tool)), ((Hue/Saturation)), and filter, such as ((Twirl)) and ((Polar Coordinates)).
Open a new document (400×400px and black background).
Create a ((new layer)).
Select ((Brush Tool)) and draw a vertical line using the values that appear in the following image.
Appy ((Filter))-((Distort))-((Twirl)). ((Angle)): 236.
Then ((Filter))-((Distort))-((Polar Coordinates)). ((Rectangular To Polar)).
Duplicate the layer (Ctrl + J).
Rotate the duplicated layer. ((Image))-((Transform))-((Rotate 90CW)).
Repeat the two last steps do that you get something like this:.
Press Ctrl + Shift + E to unify all the layers in one.
Go to ((Filter))-((Stylize))-((Glowing Edges)). Check out the values below.
((Filter))-((Artistic))-((Plastic Wrap)).
You just need to color the image. Press Ctrl + U to open the ((Hue/Saturation)) window.
