Fog in the Image

In a very easy way, we will create a foggy effect, and less visibility to an image.
Open the image you will apply the effect to.
Create a ((new layer))
Select ((gradient tool)), from white to transparent. Apply the gradient from top to bottom. Lower the ((opacity)) to 70%.
Stand in the layer’s image. Go to ((Image))-((Adjustment))-((Selective Color). You can see the values of this adjust in the following image.
Ready. Our foggy image is done, and it looks colder!
