Effect in an Image Using the Filter ((Color Halftone))

Let’s create this effect using the filter ((Color Halftone)). I don’t really know how to describe it or how to name it, but I liked the result. It would be cool if you leave comments on this effect.
Open the image.
Duplicate the layer (Ctrl + J).
Stand in the duplicated layer and go to the menu ((Filter))-((Pixelate))-((Color Halftone)).
After entering the values, you will see this result.
Then you will need to desaturate the image. ((Image))-((Adjustments))-((Desaturate)).
Change the layer style to ((Color Burn)).
Finally, select ((Erase Tool)) and, with a soft brush, erase the eye area.
