Easy Apophysis

This is a great effect, which creates an Apophysis; ideal to use in ((Headers)) and ((Backgrounds)).
To begin, open anew document, 800×600px, and black background.
Go to ((Filter))-((Render))-((Lens Flare)). Enter the values that appear below.
Then apply a minor ((Lens Flare)).
Now apply ((Lens Flare)), with the same values but somewhere else. Take a look at the image below.
It should look like this.
Apply ((Filter))-((Stylize))-((Find Edges)).
Press Ctrl + I to invert the colors.
((Image))-((Adjustments))-((Hue/Saturation)). Apply the values that appear below and activate ((Colorize)).
Then apply ((Filter))-((Distort))-((Wave)). Apply the following values.
See how it looks after you apply the ((filter)) ((Wave)).
Right click the layer and select ((Duplicate Layer)). Rotate it. ((Edit))-((Transform))-((Flip Vertical)).
Press Ctrl + E to unify the layers, then go to ((Image))-((Apply Image)) and use this values.
