Dreamed Wings Effect

Let’s create a wall paper with an effect which I named “dreamed wings”. The best of all is that we can make in a few simple steps. I hope you like it.
Open a new document, 800×800px, and black background.
Press D and then X to reset the colors to black and white.
Select ((Gradient Tool)), ((Diamond Gradient)), and trace the gradient as shown in the following image.
Now apply ((Filter))-((Distort))-((Twirl)): (Angle: 256º).
Then go to ((Filter))-((Distort))-((Polar Coordinates)). (Polar To Rectangular).
Rotate the layer. ((Image))-((Rotate Canvas))-((180º)).
Finally, color the wings. Press Ctrl + U to go to ((Hue/Saturation)).
This beautiful wallpaper will be the result.
