Dreamed Text Effect

In this opportunity, I will bring to you a new text effect. It has a clean and interesting design. I hope you like it as much as I do.
Open a new document, 500×300px.
Fill in the layer with color 03122f.
Then, select color 0958d9 as the foreground color and choose 03122f.
Create a ((new layer)) and go to menu ((Filter))-((Render))-((Clouds)).
Now write the word you want using the font Optimus Princeps, which I enabled for you to download it. You can also look for it at dafont.com.
Standing in the text layer, go to ((Layer))-((Layer Style))-((Blending Options)).
Use color 1aaae6 for ((Outer Glow)) and ((Inner Shadow)).
Accept the changes and the effect should be getting ready.
Duplicate the text layer and make some changes in ((Blending Options)).
Click Ok and it should look like this.
Duplicate the 2 layers. select them, and go to menu ((Layer))-((Merge Layers)). Once rasterized, you will need to go to ((Edit))-((Transform))-((Flip Vertical)). Merge it below, very close to the superior text and reduce the ((Fill)) to 31%.
Finally select ((Erase Tool)), size 160px, hardness 0%. Erase easily 1/4 of the inferior part of the duplicated text to create a reflection effect.
