Dreamed Image Effect

We will create the effect of an enchanted, dreamed image. We will apply a soft, diffuse effect. In this tutorial you will also have the possibility of using the effects according to what you believe most appropriate; I used the ones I like the most. : )
Open the image you will apply the effect to.
Duplicate the layer.
Go to ((Filter))-((Blur))-((Gaussean Blur)). (Radio: 12px)
Reduce the opacity to 50%.
Now remove the blurry effect to the faces. Now add a ((Vector Mask)) to the superior layer. When you create it, you will see it’s filled in with white. So go to the ((Vector Mask)), select a brush and color black, and paint the faces. You will see they look cleaner now. This happens because the ((Vector mask)) erases the superior layer and the one underneath is the original one. So the faces we are seeing are the original one.
