Designing Rating Stars Style Web 2.0

You will learn to create a banner with rating stars, using the Web 2.0 style. The said rating stars are very used nowadays, so getting to know this tutorial will not be a waste of time. I hope you enjoy it!yle
Open a new document (300×300px and white background).
Create a ((New Layer)).
With ((Pen Tool)) or ((Polygonal Lazo Tool)), draw the shape that appears in the following image, ans then fill it in with black.
Double click the layer to apply ((Layer Styles)).
((Gradient Overlay)). Use these colors: #efee9e y #6a5b09.
((Stroke)).
Save the changes.
Duplicate the layer by pressing Ctrl + J. Go to the ((Layer Styles)) of the duplicated layer and change to ((Stroke)).
With ((Free Transform)) (Ctrl + T), reduce the selection just a little bit. Take a look at the following image.
Create a ((New Layer)).
Select ((Shape Tool)), from the list, choose the star and draw it in the document. Fill it in with black.
To this star, apply ((Layer Styles)). In order to do so, double click the layer.
((Gradient Overlay)). Use the following colors: #eedb83, #f5ca04, #f7df6d, and #f5ebbb.
((Stroke)).
Once you have applied all the ((Layer Styles)), save the changes. The star will look like this.
Press Ctrl + J to duplicate the layer four more times, then separate and align them.
Create a ((New Layer)).
With ((Elliptical Marquee Tool)), draw a circle as the one shown below. Fill it in with black.
Double click the layer and apply the following ((Layer Styles)).
((Inner Shadow)).
((Outer Glow)).
((Inner Glow)).
((Bevel and Emboss)).
((Contour)).
((Color Overlay)).
Save the changes. You will have this partial result.
Create a ((New Layer)).
With ((Pen Tool)) or ((Polygonal Lazo Tool)), draw the shape that appears below. Then fill it in with white.
To that image, copy the ((Layer Styles)) you applied in the previous step.
Right click the red circle layer’s and choose ((Copy Layer Styles)) from the drop down menu.
Now right click the image name’s layer and select ((Paste Layer Styles))…
Voila! The same layers were pasted!
Create a ((New Layer)).
Select ((Line Tool)) , 1px, and draw a horizontal black line throughout the banner. Press and hold Shift so that the trace is right.
Below the black line, draw a white line. Take a look at this step, done in the following image.
Finally, enter the text and…done! I used the fonts Arial and Helvetica Condensed Bold.
