Creating Transparent Label

I will show you how to create a transparent label in very simple steps. We will use ((Shape Tool)) to draw a spiral and then with the filter ((Motion Blur)), ((Glowing Edges)), and layer styles, we Will get the desired transparent label.
Open a new document, 500×500px, and black background.
Create a ((New Layer)).
Choose any color as the foreground color. I choose blue.
Select ((Shape Tool)), I choose the spiral, and draw it.
Press Ctrl + E to unify the layers.
Then ((Filter))-((Blur))-((Motion Blur)).
Duplicate the layer (Ctrl + J)
Now go to ((Filter))-((Stylize))-((Glowing Edges)).
Accept the changes.
Change the layer style of the layer to ((Lighten)).
Done!
