Creating Simple Colorful Lines

Today I will show you how to create a simple effect of some cool lines. The tutorial is simple and right for Phtoshop beginners. It might result useful when it comes to create web templates, wallpapers, and more.
Open a new document (800×600px and transparent background).
Select ((Gradient Tool)). linear, and create a vertical trace using the colors #c6dfe5, #ffdfb3, #969391.
Create a ((New Layer)).
Choose white as the main color.
Select ((Brush Tool)) and start drawing white circles with different sizes until you get something like this:
To this sort of cloud, apply ((Filter))-((Blur))-((Gaussean Blur)).
Now with ((Rectangular Marquee Tool)), draw a selection to the left side of the cloud.
Press Ctrl + T to activate ((Free Transform)) and stretch the rectangle upwards and downwards.
Repeat the previous steps on the whole cloud until it’s full of stretched rectangles. For better results, I recommend you to use different sizes. Take a look at my result in the following image.
Apply ((Filter))-((Blur))-((Motion Blur)).
This is the final result.
The idea of this tutorial is that you try different results by modifying the colors in the background and/ or the rectangles’ layer styles.
