Creating Shinny Error Icon

I will explain you how to create the famous icon that appears in the error pop ups, with a Vista shinny effect. We will need to apply ((Layer Styles)) like: ((Drop Shadow)), ((Inner Glow)), ((Bevel and Emboss)), ((Gradient Overlay)), ((Outer Glow)), and ((Stroke)), and ((Elliptical Marquee Tool)) to create its contour.
Open a new document, 600×600px, and white background.
Create a ((New Layer)).
Select ((Elliptical Marquee Tool)) and, pressing and holding Alt + Shift , trace the circle.
Fill it in with black.
Double click the circle layer to apply ((Layer Styles)).
((Drop Shadow)).
((Inner Glow)).
((Bevel and Emboss)).
((Gradient Overlay)). For the gradient, use these colors: #b4b4b4, #fefefe, #b4b4b4, #fefefe.
((Stroke)).
Accept the changes and check out the results.
Create a ((New Layer)).
Select ((Elliptical Marquee Tool)) and, pressing and holding Alt + Shift, create a smaller circle.
Fill it in with any color.
((Drop Shadow)).
((Outer Glow)).
((Gradient Overlay)). Use these colors: #b80101 and #f10404.
Accept the changes.
Create a ((New Layer)).
Select ((Shape Tool)) and, from the options bar located in the superior part of the document, choose the cross.
Place it in the center of the document, with any color.
((Drop Shadow)).
((Inner Glow)).
((Bevel and Emboss)).
((Gradient Overlay)). Use these colors: #e7e7e7, #e7e7e7, #c0c0c0 and #efefef.
Accept the changes.
Ctrl + Click the layer you draw the first circle in to activate the selection.
Then with ((Elliptical Marquee Tool)), ((Subtract From Selection)), trace another circle in the inferior part of the first one.
Create a ((New Layer)).
With the new selection and with ((Gradient Tool)) selected, trace a gradient from white to transparent as you can see below.
Deselect (Ctrl + D).
