Creating Metal Drops

This is a simple tutorial that will show you how to create metal drops. It will be quicker than what you think.

Open a new document (400×400px and black background).

Select ((Brush Tool)), ((Hardness)): 100% and, with different sizes, paint white circles in the black background.

Now go to ((Filter))-((Pixelate))-((Fragment)).

Then apply ((Filter))-((Sketch))-((Plaster)) and enter the following values.

Here you have your metal drops, very quick!
