Creating Melted Chocolate

This is the effect that they use in TV or magazines commercials.
Open a new document (500×500px and transparent background).
Select ((Gradient Tool)) and, in the Gradient Editor , select the colors white-black-white-black as shown in the image below.
Trace a radial gradient. It should look like the image below.
The values for the following filters are in the images.
Duplicate the layer by pressing Ctrl + J.
PIn the new duplicated layer, go to ((Filter))-((Render))-((Lighting Effects)).
Change the layer style to ((Difference)).
Press Ctrl + E to unify the layers.
Duplicate the unified layer ((Ctrl + J)).
Then apply ((Filter))-((Artistic))-((Plastic Wrap)).
Change the layer style to ((Color Dodge)).
Duplicate the layer again and reduce the ((opacity)) to 30%.
Select the 3 layers and press Ctrl + E to unify them.
Duplicate the layer (Ctrl + J) and apply ((Filter))-((Sketch))-((Chrome)).
Change the layer mode to ((Saturation)).
Select all the layers and press Ctrl + E to unify the layers.
Go to menu ((Filter))-((Distort))-((Twirl)).
After you apply the last filter, it should look like this.
Press Ctrl + U to go to ((Hue/Saturation)) and color our tasty melted chocolate.
