This is an efficient logo, with a clean and impressive that you will be able to use to create a Casino’s logo. In order to design int, we will use ((Elliptical Marquee Tool)), ((Shape Tool)) and a wide variety of ((Layer Styles)): ((Outer Glow)), ((Bevel and Emboss)), ((Gradient Overlay)), ((Stroke)), and ((Drop Shadow)).
Open a new document, 450×470px, and transparent background.

In order to place them you need to have the rules activated (Ctrl + R).
Click and hold the rule and drag it towards the center of the document; the grids will appear autoatically.
Place a vertical and a horizontal one.
Choose #11630E as the foreground color.
Select ((Elliptical Marquee Tool)), place the arrow where the grids cross and trace a selection with Alt + Shift pressed, so that itgrows proportionally from the center.
Create a ((New Layer)).
Fill in the selection with color #11630E.
