Creating Leopard Skin
Tutorial in Basics, Effects, Goodies
Let me show you how to create a leopard skin very easily. We will use filters such as ((Clouds)), ((Poster Edges)), ((Radial Blur)), ((Rough Pastels)), and adjustments ((Hue Saturation)), and ((Brightness Contrast)).
Open a new document (450×350px transparent background).
Press D to reset the color palette to black and white.
Go back to ((Filter))-((Render))-((Clouds)).
Take a look at the values you need to use; they are shown in the image below.
Then ((Filter))-((Artistic))-((Poster Edges)).
Now press Ctrl + U to go to ((Hue/Saturation)).
Go to ((Image))-((Adjustments))-((Brightness/Contrast)).
Duplicate the layer by pressing Ctrl + J and change the style to ((Soft Light)).
Press Ctrl + E to unify the layers.
In the unified layer, apply ((Filter))-((Artistic))-((Rough Pastels)).
This is the final result.
