Creating LED Lights for a Vehicle

This is a tutorial that will show you how to create LED lights, which you will add to a vehicle. The following tutorial is dedicated to those who, like me, love cars.
Open the image with the car.
Select ((Polygonal Lazo Tool)) to trace the the light’s contour.
Create a ((New Layer)).
Press Ctrl + Enter in order to activate the selection and fill it in with white.
Do the same with the other light.
Create another ((New Layer)).
With ((Elliptical Marquee Tool)), create on of the LED lights. Fill it in with white.
Now apply ((Filter))-((Blur))-((Gaussean Blur)). ((Radius)): 38,3px.
Double click the layer to go to ((Blending Options)).
((Outer Glow)).
((Inner Glow)).
Duplicate the LED layer (Ctrl + J) until you fill the whole light.
Duplicate all the LEDs again so that it looks even more shinny.
Select all the LED layers and press Ctrl + E to unify them.
Duplicate the unified layer (Ctrl + E) and then go to ((Image))-((Rotate Canvas))-((Flip Canvas Horizontal)).
Create a ((New Layer)).
Select #f9f9bc as the primary color and, with((Brush Tool)), plaint the characteristic shine of the LEDs. Take a look at the following image.
Let’s apply ((Filter))-((Blur))-((Gaussean Blur)).
Duplicate the layer (Ctrl + J) and place it in the right light.
