Creating a Wallpaper with 3D Snow

Photoshop is not only about 2D images. You don’t need to be a specialist in order to create objects with depth, some sort of 3D images using brushes. It will be a wallpaper for our PC desktop.
Open a new document, 640×480px, and transparent background.
Select ((Gradient Tool)), ((Radial Gradient)), to trace a gradient using the colors: #36589f and #7894c9 .
Download this BRUSH and install it.
Once you have selected ((Brush Tool)), with the new brush go to ((Windows))-((Brushes)) and apply these values.
((Brush Type Shape)).
((Shape Dynamics)).
((Scattering)).
Create a ((New Layer)).
Choose white as the foreground color.
Now draw several snow stars.
Apply ((Filter))-((Blur))-((Gaussean Blur)).
Create a ((New Layer)).
Repeat the painting process with a different star.
Apply ((Gaussean Blur)) with different values.
Create a ((New Layer)) and apply more stars, without ((Gaussean Blur)).
This is my final result.
