With the selection still active, select ((Rectangular Marquee Tool)) again and, pressing and holding Alt, reduce the selection so that you can draw the filter.
Fill in the new selection with color #b89004.

Double click the filter’s layer in order to go to ((Blending Options)).

After applying ((Layer Styles)), the filter will look like this.
Let’s move the styles to another layer. Right click the name of the filter layer and choose ((Copy Layer Styles)) from the drop-down menu.
Right click the other layer and select ((Past Layer Styles)).
As you will see in the following image, we have copied the ((Layer Styles)) to a different layer.
Standing in the filter layer, go to ((Filter))-((Noise))-((Add Noise)).
On the other layer, press Ctrl + F to repeat ((Noise)).

Go to ((Edit))-((Define Pattern)), enter the name, and save it.
Go to the white part of the cigarette and open ((Blending Options)). Select ((Pattern Overlay)), look for the one you created and reduce the ((opacity)) to 3%.
Duplicate the filter layer (Ctrl + J).
Select ((Brush Tool)) with #fdc333 as front color and 2px. What you have to do now is to draw the yellow points that appear in the filters of all cigarettes. Then reduce the ((opacity)) to 60%.
