Creating a Pyramid Icon

This tutorial will guide you, by means of ((Polygonal Lazo Tool)), to create a simple icon that can be used as a logo as well. We will get some shines and shades effect using ((Dodge Tool)) and ((Burn Tool)).
Open a new document, 500×500px, and white background.
To begin, let’s create a background.
Select ((Gradient Tool)), ((Linear Gradient)), and trace a gradient using colors #f7ffd2 and #ffffff.
Create a ((New Layer)).
With ((Pen Tool)) or ((Polygonal Lazo Tool)), draw one of the pyramid sides.
Fill it in with color #92bf40.
Create a ((New Layer)).
Now, let’s draw one of the interior triangle’s side using the tool you previously used.
Fill it in with color #476817.
Draw the other side of the interior triangle.
Fill it in with color #7db02a.
Duplicate the first layer (Ctrl + J) from the side of the first pyramid you created.
Stand in the duplicated layer and apply some shine ((Dodge Tool)) with the values that appear pointed in the following image.
Double click the layer to modify the ((Blending Options)).
Accept the changes.
Nos apply some shades to the second side of the interior triangle yiou created with ((Burn Tool)). USe the values that appear in the following image.
Duplicate the original layer (Ctrl + J) from the left side of the triangle.
Then apply ((Edit))-((Transform))-((FlipHorizontal)), and arrange it to form the right side of the triangle.
To this duplicated layer, apply ((Burn Tool)) with the values that appear below, so that it has more shadows.
Again in this layer, apply ((Dodge Tool)) in the superior area to add more details.
Select the interior triangle and press Ctrl + J to duplicate them.
The, keeping both layers selected, go to ((Edit))-((Transform))-((Flip Horizontal)) and arrange them to the right side of the pyramid.
This is the final result.
