Creating a 3D Moons Logo

Today I will show you, by means of this tutorial, a logo that can be useful for web projects or any other purpose. It’s about creating 3D moons, using ((Layer Styles)).
Open a new document 600×600px (and black background).
Create a ((new layer)).
Select ((Pen Tool)) a moon like the one that’s shown in the image below.
Create the selection and fill it in with white.
Now you just need to apply some ((Layer Styles)). Double click the layer and the menu will pop up.
((Bevel and Emboss)).
((Gradient Overlay)).
After applying ((Layer Styles)), the moon will look like this.
Duplicte the layer 2 times by pressing Ctrl + J.
The only thing left is to rotate the layers in different angles. Use ((Free Transform)) (Ctrl +T).
