Cracked Ice

As the name indicates, in this tutorial you will create a cracked ice effect in a few minutes.
Open a new document, 600×600px.
Choose #4739ff as the foreground color, and white as background.
Select ((Radial Gradient Tool)). Apply the gradient in the center of the image so that it looks like this.
Then ((Filter))-((Pixelate))-((Crystallize)). (Cell Size: 35px)
Duplicate the layer and go to ((Filter))-((Stylize))-((Find Edges)).
Now select ((Magic Wand Tool)), with a ((tolerance)) of 40%, click + Shift the contours to add selection.
Then ((Select))-((Invert)) and delete.
Apply a bit of Gaussean Blur so that the image doesn’t look that hard. ((Filter))-((Blur))-((Gaussean Blur)) with a value of 0,9px
This is the final result.
