Comic Rain Effect in a Newspaper

Fabulous and simple effect to create rain with a comic style in a newspaper. I don’t really know what else to say about it, but I really liked it. You will have to apply ((Desaturate)), ((Levels)), ((Fill)), ((Add Noise)), ((Motion Blur)), ((Skew)), and layer styles.
Open the image of this amazing Viper. You can download it by clicking HERE.
Desaturate the image. ((Image))-((Adjustments))-((Desaturate)).
((Image))-((Adjustments))-((Levels)).
Create a ((New Layer)).
Go to ((Edit))-((Fill)): 50% Gray.
Now apply ((Filter))-((Noise))-((Add Noise)).
Then ((Filter))-((Blur))-((Motion Blur)).
Go to ((Edit))-((Transform))-((Skew)) to deform the layer like this:
Change the layer style to ((Linear Light)).
Create a ((New Layer)) and repeat the 4 previous steps except transform. (Fill, Noise, Motion Blur, Linear Light).
