Colorful Image Effect

This is an attractive and colorful effect, with a Vintage touch, in a photograph. To create it, you will have to apply layer styles, different brushes, ((Color Balance)), ((Elliptical Marquee Tool)), and an interesting font, named Scriptina.
Open the image. You have to get an image you want to apply the effect to.
Create a ((New Layer)).
Fill it in with color #F2EADF.
Merge the layer invisible by clicking the eye that appears to the side of the layer.
Select ((Elliptical Marquee Tool)), Feather: 25px, and trace a selection in the area you want to highlight.
Merge the layer visible again and stand in it.
Now press delete.
Deselect (Ctrl + D).
Create a ((New Layer)) and change the style to ((Screen)).
Now select a soft brush and, in this layer, paint with different colors in order to get a result as shown below.
Apply another effect using ((Color Balance)).
((Image))-((Adjustments))-((Color Balance)).
Shadows: -35, +11, +62.
Midtones: +41, +20, +44.
Highlights: 0, 0, 39.
Accept the changes.

Finally, I added a text in the top right corner of the document. I used the font you can get HERE.
This is the final result.
