This effect makes a photograph look like it was taken from a movie. We will apply a blur and some other effects.
Open the image.
With ((Pen Tool)), select the area you wand to focus.
Activate the selection and go to ((Select))-((Inverse)).
((Filter))-((Blur))-((Lens Blur). Apply the values that appear below. We will defuse the background.
With ((Crop Tool)), point the part of the image you want to remark.
Press Enter.
Let’s add the classic black border that appear in the movies.
Go to ((Image))-((Canvas Size)) and enter the values that appear below.
Create a ((new layer)), place it below the image and fill it in with black.
Select ((Crop Tool)) and eliminate the black contours that you see in the left and right sides. Then press Enter.
