Celestial Dreamed Fantasy

This tutorial is about creating an illusion on an image of a celestial dreamed fantasy. We will start with 2 images, unify them, and then apply 2 different kinds of brushes (moon and stars), ((Clouds)), ((Color Balance)), ((Motion Blur)), layer styles, and ((Curves)).
We will star with these images.
An arc…
…and a lady.
In the arc image apply ((Image))-((Adjustments))-((Curves)).
After adjusting ((Curves)) you will have this result.
Open the image of the lady.
Select ((Pen Tool)) and trace the lady’s contour.
Once you have finished, press Ctrl + Enter to transform the trace into selection.
Go to ((Select))-((Modify))-((Feather)): 0,5px.
Then go to ((Edit))-((Copy)).
Go to the arc document and ((Edit))-((Paste)).
To reduce the lady’s size, use ((Free Transform)) (Ctrl + T).
Now press Ctrl + B to open the ((Color Balance)) window.
In Midtones use these values: -30, 0, 0.
Accept the changes.
Choose color #74C9DD as foreground and #000000 as background.
Create a ((New Layer)) and place it between the lady and the arc.
Change the layer style to ((Screen)).
Go to ((Filter))-((Render))-((Clouds)).
For the next step, download this BRUSH of moons and install it.
Create a ((New Layer)) and apply one of the moons in the middle of the arc.
Then reduce the ((Opacity)) to 50%.
Create a ((New Layer)).
Choose white as the foreground color.
Select ((Brush Tool)) size 45px – hardness: 0% and paint all around the moon and the lady. Take a look at the image below.
The apply ((Filter))-((Blur))-((Motion Blur)).
Download this BRUSH of stars and install it.
Create a ((New Layer)) and bring it to the front.
With ((Brush Tool)), draw the stars with different sizes as shown in the following image.
Now right click the layer to go to ((Layer Styles)) and apply ((Outer Glow)).
Accept the changes.
Now select all the layers and press Ctrl + E to unify them in a new different layer.
Then go to ((Image))-((Adjustments))-((Brightness-Contrast)).
Finally press Ctrl + U to apply ((Hue/Saturation)).
Our result will be the following:
an image with a celestial fantasy style.
