Apple TV Style Wallpaper

Using different styles of brushes, layer styles, transformations, and filters, we will create this cool wallpaper with the Apple TV style. Those who still haven’t heard about it, go to Google and look for “Apple Tv” to realize what I’m talking about.
Open a new document, 600×500px, and black background.
Create a ((New Layer)).
Choose color #239fee as foreground.
Select ((Brush Tool)) with the values that appear in the options bar in the following image and paint the inferior left side of the image.
Create a ((New Layer)).
Repeat the previous step with a brush color #c123ee.
Paint the layer again with a smaller size and color #d1edff.
Create a ((New Layer)).
With ((Brush Tool)) (see the values below) paint white circles as it shows in the following image.
Change the layer style to ((Overlay)) and reduce the opacity to 23%.
Duplicate this layer (Ctrl + J).
Select the original layer and with ((Free Transform)) (Ctrl + T) rotate it a few degrees.
Also reduce the ((Opacity)) to 10%.
Stand in the duplicated circles layer, select a white brush with the values that appear in the options bar and paint some more circles.
Create a ((New Layer)).
Select ((Elliptical Marquee Tool)) and trace a circle in the center of the document.
Then fill it in with black.
Deselect (Ctrl + D).
Now apply ((Filter))-((Blur))-((Radial Blur)) with the values that appear below.
You will have this result.
Change the layer style to ((Overlay)).
With ((Pen Tool)), draw a trace as the one you see below.
Create a ((New Layer)).
Choose color #bde4fd as foreground.
Select ((Brush Tool)), 6px, ((Hardness)): 100%.
Again, select ((Pen Tool)), right click the trace and choose ((Stroke Path)).
When this window pops open, choose the fill Brush as the following image shows.
Change the layer style to ((Color Dodge)) and reduce the ((Opacity)) to 8%.
Duplicate the shinny lines layer (Ctrl + J).
Rotate it a few degrees with ((Free Transform)) (Ctrl + T) and then reduce the ((Opacity)) to 2%.
To the bigger shine, reduce the ((Opacity)) to 80%.
This is the final result.
