Another Way of Creating Cartoon-Like Clouds

This tutorial will show you how to create a cartoon cloud. It really is a funny effect and it has a good result. It is very easy and quick to do, I recommend it to you!
Open a new document (800×600px and transparent background).
Fill it in with color #3f72c6
Create a ((new layer)).
Select color grey from the color palette (not a very dark one). Go to ((Gradient Tool)) and choose grey (the one you previously chose) to transparent.
With ((Elliptical Marquee Tool)), draw some selections and fill them in with the gradient I showed you.
Finally, apply ((Filter))-((Blur))-((Gaussean Blur)), ((Radio)): 4px.
